Heat strokes are usually caused by being in a hot environment and becoming dehydrated.
In order to prevent heat exhaustion and heat strokes, when out in the sun don’t wait until you are thirsty to drink. you should drink a lot of fluids. stay in cools areas on hot days, avoid drinking alcohol, and wear light lose fitting clothes.
